All mattresses are made for your weight and if you prefer a soft, medium, or firm feel. If you change your mind within the 7 days trial period we will change it free of charge to a slightly firmer or softer mattress.

We can make sure your bed is the correct height and that the mattress is the correct firmness to suit you and your medical needs.

Fitting

All beds can be retrofitted with other products at a later stage e.g. vertical lifting frame can be fitted to your bed later if your needs change, as can heavy-duty and wall-hugging mechanisms.

The best guarantees of your motors, mechanism, and base (Not warranties as these make you contribute to the repair) with in-home replacement or repair by our trained engineers.
