I was very unsure after searching for a mobility scooter in other shops, but not happy with the comfort of many tested in other shops. You gave time for me to test run scooters, you never pushed me to buy the most expensive one, but ensured that I was the person in controlling my own choice. I am very happy with MY choice and how you offered me aftercare support at no extra fee, even coming to Lincoln area if ever needed. I bought a mobility scooter for my mum. When it was delivered we found it was a bit too big for my mum to handle and steer through the gate. The man who delivered could tell it wasn’t suitable for her and put no pressure on at all. He even went back home and picked up another and delivered that one to her on the same night to try out. The second one was perfect. He took the time to explain all the buttons and functions, stayed with her a while whilst she was taking it for a spin and made 100 percent sure she was happy before we paid and he left. The aftercare since is perfect, we’ve been sent the manual, receipts, insurance and everything. The man is definitely in the right job he was very kind and thoughtful and put my mum at ease. I would 100 percent recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying.

They were in contact all the time and catered to my needs as a mobility scooter user. I wanted to change my 8 mph scooter for a smaller one to put in a hoist in a mobility car, they were more than helpful in helping me to solve my problem. They offered me a generous amount on my bigger scooter and brought it to me in a opulent of days then took my other scooter away. I was more than happy with the way they did business and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 10 out 10 on all aspects of our transaction.

just taken delivery of my Kymco Maxer, what a great scooter like riding in a Rolls Royce. The service I got from them from the very start was brilliant never had to worry about anything it was delivered to our bungalow around 90 plus miles free of charge so it was well worth buying from such a good dealer/company.
